Feminist Outrage & I Believe I was Framed!

This incident occurred November 9, 1989.
Please see Exhibit A:

First of all, I feel like Exhibit A is without context, and clearly the story portrayed by bus driver #41 Russell J____ is not only a wholly inaccurate picture, but an obfuscatory tactic to protect the true guilty party in the bus window breaking incident.

Russell J_____ claims, I (I, being a 10-year-old, very small girl - see Exhibit B) was guilty of two offenses.  The first was that despite the cold weather, "don't open" rule I opened the window.  The second being, opening the window involved smashing it.

What this report fails to report is the 2 other individuals that sat in the back of the bus with me.  These were 2 brothers, one of whom I believe is now dead (RIP) - but I could be wrong about that, either way he isn't talking.  The other one is not the type of boy a girl would wish to look up, and re-connect with.  Therefore, you are going to have to take my word for it.

If memory serves me correctly they were either completely and totally, or at least partially responsible for this incident, and blamed me.  Russell J____ could have been in cahoots with them, forcing me to take the fall.  As the report illustrates, this was my first offense therefore my sentencing would be lighter than for say, 2 boys who were known locally to be quite rambunctious.

And why in god's name would I want to open a bus window in the dead of a freezing Wisconsin winter?  I didn't start smoking until I was eleven, so this really makes no sense whatsoever.

I hope Russell, the 2 brothers (or just the 1 that's still alive), and the male principle are ashamed of themselves.  One look at my 50lb frame would indicate my involvement in this "destruction of property" was an impossibility.  But these men all chose to turn a blind eye, and blame me.

Please see Exhibit B to drive my point home.

i don't buy it. you were a troublemaker when we worked together, and obviously you got an early start on this behavior! i'm thinking those ruffled socks were an attempt to distract us from your true, destructive nature!

Lou! You should be outraged! I was clearly being blamed (framed, really) for a crime I was obviously physically incapable of committing.

I don't know either, you are puny but stronger than me
